AJN Design & Surveying Services Ltd have been trading since 2003 out of our offices in Castle Street, Brecon.

Our experienced staff have a wealth of knowledge about building standards, building law, contract procedures, site practice, health and safety, and building technology. We have the ability to be a one stop shop providing the client with all their needs from Concept Design to getting your Contractor on board and managing the project through to completion.

Clients can dip in and out of the services offered to tailor make a package that suits their current needs.

AJN Surveying team has carried out major condition and risk management surveys of Construction and ME & I assets for major water utilities including Welsh Water, Northumbrian Water, Essex, and East Suffolk Water providing them with up to date FMECA survey for the OFWAT reporting.
